8 Months Old

My baby is 8 months old!! It has been far too long since my last update. Here are Audriana's 8 month pictures ~

Sorry it's been so long since I updated!

Audriana is 5 months old today!

She is getting so big! She is eating solids (has been since she was 3 months). She LOVES to eat and she's very good at it!

I haven't done her 5 month photo shoot yet, but here are some of her 4 month old pictures ~

Audriana turned 4 months old while were were vacationing in Florence, Italy.. Yes, her very first vacation was to Europe! Germany, Austria and Italy..

She slept in our suitcase!

She was an amazing traveller! Everywhere we went people told us she was the best behaved baby they'd ever seen. I was so grateful that she was well behaved!

3 Months Old

Audriana is 3 months old!! She has learned to give kisses and she is "talking" a lot more! She is also starting to notice toys.

She had her first taste of a Klondike bar and she loved it!

My grandpa gave me a klondike bar when I was a baby. Her grandpa is carrying on the tradition. She also tasted some squash soup. She couldn't get enough!

Audriana also met her great grandma Dunn for the very first time!

Life at the Moment

Life has been busy lately. We put our stove in a couple of weeks ago.. Which means meal planning, grocery shopping and cooking dinner for the first time! On top of running a house, taking care of a baby (a crabby, teething baby), finishing some small projects, visiting with friends, planning our trip to Europe next month, etc... Yes, busy would describe my life right now.

I have been enjoying cooking dinner! I've found most of the recipes on Pinterest. Here are some of the meals I've made so far-

Sweet potato burgers with baked zucchini fries (our first dinner at home). 

Steak tacos and spanish rice (homemade tortillas)

 Eggplant Involtini with Baked Parmesan Tomatoes

Homemade granola with pumpkin yogurt

That's what's been going on in the Kitchen.

Here's what's been going on with baby-

Her newest thing is to open her mouth randomly like a bird!

Smiling when happy and teeth are not hurting..

Holding herself up pretty well. She can creep, too!
